摘要
在100t/a折流板流化反应床间苯二甲腈生产装置上对间苯二甲腈改进型催化剂进行了工业试验研究,结果表明,与未改进的NT-02催化剂相比较,采用NT-05改进型催化剂时,产品纯度提高了1.1个百分点;产品平均收率提高了6.8个百分点;NT-05催化剂具有较好的耐磨损和活性稳定性,采用该催化剂可适当提高生产负荷,但生产负荷操作弹性上限应限制在10%以内。进一步的最终产品生产实践证明,采用NT-05改进型催化剂为后续产品的工业化生产提供了优质原料,综合经济效益可达约200万元/a。
The commercial trial of improved catalysts for isophthalonitrile production was carried out on the 100 t/a isophthalonitrile production line. Results showed that as compared with the conventional NT-02 catalyst, when using improved NT-05 catalyst the purity and yield of product increased 1.1 and 6.8 percentage points,respectively. NT-05 catalyst possessed good attrition resistance property and activity stability, thus the production capacity could be enhanced and a 10% flexibility might be the limitation. Using the improved catalyst could provide high quality feed for downstream production and an about 2 million RMB economic benefit was obtained annually.
