摘要
实验室及工业性试验研究结果表明,利用高铝煤矸石和盐石膏等工业废渣,低温烧制的阿利特-硫铝酸盐水泥熟料,不仅使水泥具有凝结硬化快、早后期强度均高于硅酸盐水泥的特点,而且具有微膨胀和抗蚀性强的特性。文中对熟料率值和矿物组成算式进行了修正。通过分析认为,在实际生产中控制掺入生料中的石膏量较配方设计高出 20%左右,熟料中含量为 4%~ 6%;煅烧温度控制在 1250~ 1300℃。同时指出了影响水泥质量的工艺隐患。
The experiment study and trial production indicate that alite- sulfoaluminate clinker burned under low clinkering temperature with the utilization of industrial wastes as high alumina gangue and marine gypsum not only possesses the performance of rapid hardening with higher early strength than Portland cement, but possesses the properties of minor expansion and high corrosion resistance as well. The formula for calculating the clinker moduli and mineral composition were revised. The actual addition of gypsum in the raw meal was found 20% higher than that in the mix design. The content of C4A3 in clinker was 4%- 6% , and the burning temperature was controlled in the range of 1250- 1300℃ . Some hidden trouble affecting the quality of clinker was also pointed out.
