摘要
齐鲁石化股份公司氯碱厂通过采用新型塔板对氯乙烯装置氯化氢精馏塔进行技术改造,解决了长期困扰该装置易堵塞的技术难题,在提高生产负荷17％的基础上,运行周期由原来的3～4个月延长到16个月以上,取得了较好的效果。
By technical innovation of VCM rectification column in Chlorine-Alkali plant of Qilu Petrochemical Co. Ltd. , the blocking problem has been solved, the load is increased by 17 % , the running cycle is beyond 16 months from 3 or 4 months
