摘要 研究间苯二甲腈间歇精馏相关工艺参数对精馏产品的含量,精馏排渣量和精馏高沸物的增加量的影响。精馏塔塔顶回流冷凝器出口油温控制在165~170℃时,精馏产品的含量最高,IPN含量在99.7~99.9%。外循环油温度275℃,精馏排渣量和精馏高沸物增加量少。 To study the effects of relevant process parameters of isophthalonitrile batch distillation on the content of distillation products,the amount of distillation residues and the increase of distillation high boilers,an experimental study was conducted.When the oil temperature at the outlet of the reflux condenser at the top of the rectification tower is controlled at 165~170℃,the content of the rectified product is the highest,and the IPN content is between 99.7 and 99.9%.The temperature of the external circulating oil is 275℃,and the amount of slag discharged from rectification and the increase of rectification high boilers are small.
