摘要
以壳寡糖为诱导剂,研究其诱导辣椒抗白粉病性的效果。结果显示,25~125μg·mL-1壳寡糖对辣椒白粉病均有明显的防病效果,其中以50μg·mL-1处理后1d接种产生的诱导抗病性最显著,防病效果达80%以上;结果还表明,壳寡糖还能有效激活辣椒对白粉病产生系统抗病性。
Pepper was inoculated with Leveillula taurica(Lev.) Am after pretreated with oligochitosan. The results showed that treated with 25-125 μg·mL^-1 oligochitosan could induce resistance against powdery mildew obviously, especially with 50 μg·mL^-1 treatment after one day which the inducing effect reached above 80%. Meanwhile, the systemic resistance in pepper against Leveillula taurica (Lev.) Am. by oligochitosan was also observed.
