摘要
以壳寡糖诱导烟草枯斑寄主后,调查了病斑的抑制率,同时研究了壳寡糖单独处理和以病毒粒子侵染诱导的病程相关蛋白的差异。结果表明,壳寡糖处理对TMV侵染有保护作用,施用壳寡糖后7d,以浓度为50μg/mL和75μg/mL对枯斑的抑制效果为好,壳寡糖在活体外对TMV粒子有钝化作用。单独施用壳寡糖可以诱导烟草产生6条耐碱性的PR,其中1条区别于TMV侵染诱导的PR。
The induced resistance was studied on the control of tobacco mosaic virus(TMV)with oligochitosan.It was showed that oligochitosan had the effect of protection from TMV infection after seven days' application,the50μg /mL and75μg /mL oligochitosan solution had better effect than25μg /mL on control TMV,and the oligochitosan could decrease the infection of TMV in vitro.There were six PR bands which are toler-ance alkali,and one is different with the TMV induced PR in the host,It was possible that PR proteins might be responsible to induced resistance to virus infection.
