摘要
对小麦抗感白粉病品种苗期、成株期叶片进行了还原糖,蔗糖、淀粉和总可溶性糖含量的比较测定。结果表明,小麦苗期叶片还原糖、蔗糖和总可溶性糖含量在抗感品种间无显著差异,与病情指数也无明显相关。在成株期,抗感品种叶片的蔗糖、淀粉和总可溶性糖含量也无明显差异,与病情指数也无显著相关。但抗病品种的还原糖含量显著高于感病品种,与病情指数呈显著负相关(r=-0.6740)。
The reducing sugar, sucrose, total soluble sugar, starch contents in leaves of resistant(R) and susceptible(S) wheat varieties were determined in seedling and adult stages. In seedling stage, carbohydrate contents in leaves of R and S varieties showed no marked difference, and were not correlated to powdery mildew index(PMI). In adult stage, total soluble sugar, sucrose and starch contents in leaves of R and S varieties showed no significant difference, and were not correlated to PMI. But, reducing sugar contents in leaves were negatively correlated to PMI at significant levels (r=-0.6740).
