摘要
使用SEM电镜,对两种材质的衬板及一种材质的叶浆头的磨损面进行了观察分析。研究表明,腐蚀磨损是沥清混凝土搅拌机衬板和叶浆头失效的原因。据此,对材质选择的问题进行了探讨。
Using SEM, the abraded surface of two kinds of liner plates and one paddle have been investigated. It was seen that the efects of the liner plates and paddles of asphalt mixer is due to corrosion abrasion. Finally, selection of the metals having a higher resistance to corrosion abrasion is discussed.
