改性乳化沥青中SBR改性剂含量的红外检测方法 被引量:2

摘要 采用红外光谱测试技术,基于朗伯-比尔定律对SBR改性乳化沥青进行了改性剂含量测定的试验研究。研究认为,现有规范中对乳化沥青的技术要求太过宽泛,用常规指标的变化规律来检测SBR乳化沥青中的SBR含量是无效的;红外光谱进行SBR含量检测时,应该针对乳化沥青的残留物进行试验,这样可以避免水的影响;采用SBR的966 cm-1吸收峰与沥青的810 cm-1吸收峰高度的比值作为定量分析中的吸收度参数,可以与SBR掺量建立良好的线性关系曲线。利用此方法检测SBR含量是可行的,其检测结果相对误差在-0.14%~0.02%之间,准确度较高。 In this paper,the content of modifier in SBR modified emulsified asphalt is measured by infrared spectroscopy based on Lambert-Beer law.It is concluded that the technical requirements for emulsified asphalt in the existing specifications are too broad,and it is ineffective to detect the content of SBR in SBR emulsified asphalt by using the changing rules of conventional indexes.When SBR content is measured by infrared spectroscopy,the residue of emulsified asphalt should be tested in order to avoid the effect of water.Using the ratio of 966 cm-1 absorption peak height of SBR to 810 cm-1 absorption peak height of asphalt as absorption parameter in quantitative analysis,a good linear relationship can be established with SBR content.It is feasible to use this method to measure the content of SBR.The relative error of results is between-0.14%and 0.02%,and the accuracy is high.
