摘要
提出了防减灾效益系数的概念，建立了重大气象灾害气象服务效益评估的数学模型，从防减灾效益中分离出了其中的气象服务效益。
There is a new type of mathematics model of evaluating the effectiveness of meteorological service when a major meteorological disaster occurs.Considering that model,we can separate the effectiveness of meteorological service from the effectiveness of precautions against nature calamities.So it is a way to evaluate the effectiveness of meteorological service objectively and quantitatively.
