摘要
文章通过大量灾害个案的分析研究,结合基层学员的实际需求,搭建了开发流程、分析框架、案例评价以及教学效果等完整的教学应用模型框架。案例开发流程细化出文本形成各个阶段的可操作性子项;案例分析框架分两个阶段引导学员由个案提升至情景;案例评价是对灾害过程应对措施的效益分析,从而找到良莠之处;教学效果分析是对整个教学模式以及部分细节提出改进措施。将研究成果用于实际案例教学课程,为受训学员提供应对灾害事件的思路,有效提升了受训学员在各自岗位的应急能力。
Through the analysis and research of a large number of disaster cases,and combined with the actual needs of grass-roots students,a complete teaching application model framework such as development process,analysis framework,case evaluation and teaching effect is built.The case development process refines the operable sub items of each stage of text formation;The case analysis framework is divided into two stages to guide students from case to scenario;Case evaluation is the benefit analysis of disaster response measures,so as to find the good and bad points;The analysis of teaching effect is to put forward improvement measures for the whole teaching mode and some details.The research results are used in the actual case teaching courses to provide trainees with ideas to deal with disaster events,and effectively improve the emergency response ability of trainees in their respective posts.
