摘要
用逆推法对1990至2008年发生在浙江省的台风的气象服务效益进行评估。分别运用调查法和模糊综合评价法对台风的气象服务水平、政府防灾减灾决策及组织和不可避免损失因子指数进行了评估计算。通过对台风的气象服务效益和直接经济损失之间的关系进行分析,表明近几年来随着台风的直接经济损失的增大,台风的气象服务效益亦有明显增大的趋势。
This paper evaluated meteorological service for typhoon in zhejiang province 1990-2008 based on inverse algorithm.It uses the survey and fuzzy and comprehensive evaluation algorithm to evaluate the meteorologial srvice level for the typhoon,disaster prevention and reduction strategy and inevitable loss factor.It analyses the relation between the meteorological service level for the typhoon and direct economic losses and shows the direct economic losses have been increased in the years,the metorological service level for the typhoon has raised.
