摘要
NRAMP1(天然抗性相关的巨噬蛋白)基因是与人、鼠的一些病原寄生物,如分枝杆菌中的结核杆菌、沙门氏伤寒菌等的易感性和抗性有关的重要候选基因。可抵抗多种胞内病原微生物。本研究利用PCR-RFLP技术,分析了160头猪NRAMP1基因第6内含子的NdeⅠ酶切位点的多态性,结果发现宗地花猪、糯谷猪、贵州剑白香猪3个品种中基因频率和基因型频率分布趋于一致。其等位基因B明显高于等位基因A的频率。
Natural resistance -associated macrophage proteinl (NRAMP1) is a siginificanc candidate gene for genetic susceptibility to autoimmune diseases as well as infections. It is a genetic locus associated with innate resistance or susceptibility of murine and human hosts to infection with intracellular phthogens such as Salmonella, and Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The PCR - RFLP technique was applied to analyze the polymorphisms of the 6th Nde I restriction locus of NRAMP1 gene with 160 pigs. The resuhs showed that the gene frequency and genotypic frequency trend to coincidence of the three species Zongdi pig Nuogu pig and Jianbai pig. Simultaneously, the A allel was significantly higher than the B allel.
