猪Nramp1基因内含子6的SNP多态性分析 被引量:1

摘要 本研究以大白猪、长白猪和杜洛克猪为研究对象,通过构建DNA混合池并利用PCR产物直接测序的方法,对Nramp1基因内含子6的SNP多态性进行分析。结果发现,3个猪种在Nramp1基因内含子6中均有4个SNP位点,分别为C^(111)A、C^(225)T、G^(296)T和T^(297)G。基因频率估算结果表明,等位基因C、C、G和T分别是4个SNP位点的优势等位基因。本研究结果可为猪免疫疾病研究和抗病分子育种提供理论基础。 The single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) sites of Nramp1 intron 6 in the Yorkshire,Landrace and Duroc pigs were screened via polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and DNA sequencing anal‐ysis. The results showed that in all three pig breeds contained 4 SNP loci in the intron 6 of Nramp1 gene, which were C111A,C225T,G296T and T297G. The gene frequency estimation results showed that the alleles C, C, G and T were the dominant allele of the 4 SNP sites. The results of this study can provide a theoretical basis for swine immune disease research and disease resistance molecular breeding.
