摘要
本文以半夏茎尖,叶片为材料进行组织培养研究,结果表明茎尖培养基为MS+BA1.0+NAA0.05mg/L,增殖培养基为BA1-1.5mg/L+NAA0.5-1.0mg/L,半夏的不同器官均能够进行培养出芽,本文还探讨了试管小球的形成条件,BA对试管小球的形成起关键作用,糖浓度在30-160g/L范围均有试管小球形成而以80g/L形成小球较多,在MS+BA1.0+NAA0.8mg/L+糖45g/L,无光照条件下形成小球较大。
The blade and shoot tip of Pinellia ternate(Thunb) Breit as a material in vitro culture are studeid, the result indicate that the shoot tip culture medium is MS+BA 1.0+ NAA0.05 mg/1, the muhipropagation culture medium is MS +BA115 mg/1 NAA0.5-1.0 mg/1, the different organ of Pinellia ternate(Thunb) Breit all produced adverilitious buds earsily, the formulating condition of the tube bulb was studied in this article ,the result showed that the BA is the key to the tube bulb formulation, when the sugar oncentration was 30-160 g/l, the tube bulb occurred ,and the concertration was 80 g/l, the bulb grow smaller, and with MS+ BA 1.0+ NAA0.8mg/l+sugar 45 g/1 as media, the bulb grow biggest.
