摘要
从3个方面阐述了植物组织培养中常见的污染问题,包括组织培养室和接种室的清洁、外植体自身带菌和组织培养过程中各环节操作不适宜或不严格等造成的污染;强调组织培养中应严格遵守无菌操作规程。同时,探讨了在组织培养中如何灭菌,并提出了相应的预防措施。
The problem of contamination in plant tissue culture was discussed, including cleaning inoculation room and culture room, contaminated explants and inaccuracies or operating mistakes in plant tissue culture, emphasizing asepsis regulation should be abided. At the same time, the sterilizing measure was discussed and preventive measure was presented.
