摘要
福录考的不同器官分化顺序为叶片>顶芽>茎节>未授粉子房及胚珠,叶上表面向上的外植体比叶上表面向下的分化率高。叶脱分化后,以不定芽和胚状体两条途径分化植株,并通过微型扦插建立无性快繁系。再生植株有两种类型:正常苗和玻璃苗。
Results of experiments showed that the differences of various degrees were found in the differentiation of different organ of Phlox drummondii. The differentiating potency of leaf explant is easier than that of shoot apex or stem nodes. Only callus can be induced from unpollinated ovary, but on plantlet was yielded from them. During the differentiation of leaf explant there are two ways in its morphogenesis. One is the organogenesis i.e. the plantlet is formed by adventitions bud with solitary polarity; and the other is the embryogenesis, the embryoid being double polarities. The plantlets were divided into two types,one type was normal and the other was translucent.The tube plantlets were obtained by microcuttage in vitro.
