摘要
[目的]评价磁性附着体应用于下颌全口覆盖义齿的临床修复效果。[方法]采用Magfit EX-400/600磁性附着体为固位装置对18例患者行下颌全口覆盖义齿修复,进行义齿满意度调查,并对应用磁性附着体后义齿出现的问题进行6～24个月随诊观察。[结果]18例患者对磁性附着体义齿的总体满意度达94.4%,与义齿满意度相关的各项内容的满意度均较磁体粘固前有显著提高。随访中出现2例龈缘炎,1例继发龋,1例基托折裂。基牙松动度有不同程度的改善。[结论]磁性附着体能有效改善下颌全口覆盖义齿的临床修复效果。
[ Objective ] The aim of this study is to evaluate the clinical effects of mandibular complete overdenture with magnetic attachment. [ Methods ] Eighteen subjects were treated with Magfit EX -400/600 retained madibular complete overdenture,and investigated by using the patient denture satisfaction questionnaire. The problems of the overdenture were followed up for 6 to 24 months. [ Results] The total satisfactory rate of 18 patients was 94.4%. Satisfactory rate of all items increased obviously than that before cementing magnets. Two cases with gingivitis, one case with secondary caries and one case with fractured base were observed in clinical following - up. Abutment mobility was improved more or less. [ Conclusion] Magnetic attachment is very useful to improve the clinical effects of mandibular complete overdenture.
