TiN纳米薄膜提高磁性附着体Fe-Cr-Mo合金显微硬度的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :研究应用离子束辅助沉积技术 (ionbeamassisteddeposition ,IBAD)制备TiN纳米薄膜提高铁铬钼软磁合金在口腔环境中的耐磨损性能。方法 :测量在模拟口腔环境中 ,电化学腐蚀前后 ,未镀膜及三种不同条件镀TiN纳米薄膜的铁铬钼合金显微硬度值。结果 :无论腐蚀前后 ,镀TiN纳米薄膜均较未镀膜的合金显微硬度值明显提高。统计学分析具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。其中 ,离子束溅射 4h、厚为 2 μm的镀膜提高最多。 结论 :TiN纳米薄膜显著提高铁铬钼合金的显微硬度值 ,从而提高其耐磨损性能。 Objective:The aim of the study is to apply ion beam assisted deposition to obtain TiN film,with which to improve the antiabrasion property of the dental FeCrMo soft magnetic alloy.Methods:In the simulated oral environment before and after electro-chemical etching the Microhardness of FeCrMo alloy with covering TiN film under three different conditions and without the film were measured.Results:Whether used the electro-chemical method or not,The microhardness value of alloy covered with TiN film is obviously higher than that of without covered with film.The difference of statistical results is evident( P <0.01).Thereinto the film which is 2μm thick and in spattered by ion beam four hours improve the anticorrosive ability the most.Conclusions:TiN film can obvious improve the microhardness of Fe-Cr-Mo alloy,so as to improve the antiabrasion property.
