摘要
目的评价磁性附着体在下颌覆盖义齿修复的临床效果。方法用MagfitEX-600,EX-400磁性附着体为12名患者制作下颌全口覆盖义齿,并对义齿固位、稳定、基牙与牙周健康状况等,进行5年的随访。结果义齿的固位力、稳定性及咀嚼功能明显提高,除1颗基牙曾出现Ⅱ度松动外,其余基牙松动度均有所改善,2副附着体衔铁脱落,8颗基牙出现龈炎。结论磁性附着体可以明显改善义齿的功能。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of mandibular overdenture with magnetic attachment. Methods Mandibular overdentures were taken in 12 patients with Magfit EX-600, EX-400 magnetic attachment. All patients were followed up for 5 years to observe the denture retention, stabilization, abutment, and periodontal health. Result Retention and stabilization of the denture increased as well as obvious improvement of masticatory efficiency, whereas only 1abutment appeared with Ⅱ looseness, 2 keepers of magnetic attachment fell off and 8 abutments had gingivitis. Conclusion Magnetic attachment can improve the denture function obviously.
