摘要
目的:评价magfit磁性附着体在覆盖义齿中的临床效果。方法:采用铸造法在根管治疗后的余留牙牙根的根面设置衔铁,在义齿的对应部位安装magfit磁体。结果:选择我科2008～2010年的50例磁性附着体义齿,所有患者经过3～5年的回访进行临床观察,固位效果满意,咀嚼功能较好。结论:magfit磁性附着体覆盖义齿能有效增加总义齿和局部义齿的固位和稳定性,增强义齿的咀嚼功能,患者戴用舒适、美观、容易就位。
Objective：To evaluate the clinic effect of Magfit magnetic attachments used in overdentures.Methods：The keeper of magnetic at-tachment was placed in the teeth root which had been treated by root canal therapy technique,and the magnet of magnetic attachment was insert in the denture base where was contacted with the keeper.Results：50 patients with magnetic attachments were studied in vivo from the year of 2008 to 2010,and the retention and mastication function of overdentures were satisfied.Conclusion：The retention and stability of over-dentures were significantly improved by Magfit magnetic attachments.Patients were satisfied with mastication and aesthetic function of the overdentures.Furthermore,the insertion of overdentures were easilier than traditional ones.
