摘要
用电镜方法观察了超剂量ＲＵ４８６对大鼠输卵管细胞超微结构所致的病理改变。实验大鼠给药７ｄ、１４ｄ、２８ｄ，每天３０ｍｇ／只。结果：实验组大鼠输卵管上皮细胞呈矮立方形，微绒毛减少，纤毛细胞消失，分泌细胞粗面内质网、高尔基复合体发育不良，核糖体减少；固有层中或纤维细胞胞质内出现胶原原纤维束及残余体样结构，间质中胶原纤维增多；固有层、外膜内可见较多嗜酸性粒细胞。表明超剂量ＲＵ４８６对输卵管粘膜细胞超微结构有一定损害。
Mifepriston (RU486) was administered intragastrically to each wister rat in an overdose of 30mg/ml once a day for 7 days in Group Ⅰ,14 days in Group Ⅱ,and 28 days in Group Ⅲ.Pathological alterations in ultrastructure of oviduuctal cells were observed with TEM.The results:the epithelial cells of ovidct were low cube and less microvillus;cliliaed cells disappeared;RER,Golgicomplex and ribosome in secreting cells were maldevelopment;collagenous fibrils and remnant bodylike structures were formed in the fibroblast of lamina propria;collagenous fibers increased in extracellular matrix;eosinophiles in lamina propria and tunica adventitia were more than normal.It is indicated that overdosage of RU486 can damage the cells of tunica mucosa of oviduct in rats in a certain degree.
