摘要
采用TMS2型角膜地形图仪对孔源性视网膜脱离患者15例15只眼。于巩膜环扎术前、术后1周及术后1个月进行角膜屈光力测量分析。同时测量手术前后眼轴及屈光度的改变。结果:①环扎术后1周角膜屈光力、散光值较术前稍增加,无统计学意义。而术后1个月角膜屈光力、散光值与术前检查基本相同。②环扎术后眼轴明显延长,近视度亦增大。随着时间推移,眼轴逐渐缩短,近视度减小。术后1月眼轴长度及近视度较术前明显增加。巩膜环扎术后眼轴长度的变化是导致眼屈光度变化的主要因素。
The corneal refractive power of 15 eyes before and after (1 week and 1 month) encircling procedure for the treatment of retinal detachment were measured by TMS 2 Topography Modeling System.Length of axis、diopter and intraocular pressure were measured at the same time.The results showed that there were no significant difference in corneal refractive power between 1 month post operation and pre operation.The axes were lengthened and diopter increased at the begining and then recovered gradually.1 month after surgery,the axial length and diopter were larger than that before surgery.It is suggested that change of axial length is the main factor resulting in the change of diopter.
