摘要
1929年开始视网膜脱离手术以来,有关视网膜脱离手术治疗迅猛发展。寻找并且封闭所有的裂孔是手术的基本原则。本综述回顾了视网膜脱离巩膜扣带手术的发展以及各种手术的主要优点和不足。同时对巩膜扣带术与玻璃体手术的复位率、预后视功能及并发症进行比较,讨论视网膜脱离手术治疗的发展趋势。
It has been a great development in retinal detachment surgery since 1929. It aims at finding and blocking out all the retinal holes. The present article reviews the progress of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment scleral surgeries and their advantages and disadvantages, problems need to be solved . Comparing scleral buckling with primary pars plana ＂vitrectomy ,the attachment rate,visual acuity ,complications , and future prospects are summarized.
