摘要
本文报告３０例（３２眼）小梁切除术后一月内角膜屈光状态的变化。结果发现术后一月内角膜循规性散光明显上升，术后１周时角膜散光度为２．６３Ｄ，此后缓慢下降，术后４周时为１．００Ｄ。本文同时还讨论了小梁切除术后角膜散光改变的机理。
cases(32 eyes)of the changes of corneal astigmatism following trabeculectomy were reported.With the rule astigmatism increases greatly in the early stage after trabeculectomy.It was 2 63D at the 1st postoperative week,and decreased slowly to 1 00D at the 4th postoperative week.The mechanism of the changes of corneal astigmatism following trabeculectomy was discussed.
