摘要
为评价孔源性视网膜脱离（ＲＲＤ）成功地环扎加压手术后视力、眼屈光状态、前房深度、晶体厚度和眼轴长度的改变，用ＴｏｐｃｏｎＲＭ－Ａ２３００屈光计测量眼屈折力，Ｔｏｐｃｏｎ－ＯＭ－４角膜曲率计测量角膜屈折力，前房深度、晶体厚度和眼轴长度用ＤＧＨ／Ｊｅｄｍｅｎ４０００型Ａ超定。随访６个月，５２例（５２眼）ＲＲＤ依环扎程度分为Ａ组２８眼（＜２２．３７％）和Ｂ组２４眼（＞２２．３７％）。结果在手术后近视有明显增加，散光度Ａ组增加，Ｂ组不增加，散光轴位无改变，角膜屈折力增加不明显，眼轴长度增加，前房深度减少，而晶体厚度无明显改变。结论认为在成功地对ＲＲＤ施行环扎加压手术后，眼轴长度延长与近视程度增加明显相关（Ａ组ｒ＝２．８３７，Ｐ＜０．０５；Ｂ组ｒ＝１３．９２９，Ｐ＜０．０１），术后视力也有明显增进（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
The Third Hospital of Dalian To evaluate the changes in visual acuity and those in refractive power,the depth of the anterior chamber,the thickness of the lens and axial length of the eye after a successful encircling and compressing operation for rhegmatogenous retinal datachment(RRD)。The refractive power was messured with Topcon RM-A 2300 refractometer.Coneal curvature radius was messured with Topcon OM-4 keratometer.The depth of the anterior chamber,the thickness of the lens and axial length were messured with DGH/Jedmed 4000A ultrasound.These messurements were done for sith months.52 cases (52eyes)with RRD were divided into two groups by the degree of tightness.In group A (28eyes) tightness was less than 22 37%.In group B(24 eyes) more than 23 37%。Results.After the operation,the degree of myopia was significantly increased.The astigmatism in group A was increased,but not in group B. The axial position of astigmatism was not changed.Corneal refractive power did not increased significantly,the axial length of the eye increased,the depth of the anterior chamber shortened.However,the thickness of the lens was not significantly changed (P>0 05).The conclusion was that after a succesful encircling and compressing operation for RRD,the increase of the axial length strongly correlates with the degree of myopia(r=2 837,P<0 05 in group A;r=13 929,P<0 05 in group B)and visual acuity is also increased significantly(P<0 01).
