摘要 本文概述了磺胺类兽药的物理化学性质,并对国内外测定食品中磺胺类兽药残留的前处理技术包括样品的提取、净化和浓缩等方法进行了综述。 This paper summarized the physical and chemical properties of sulfonamides （SAs）, and reviewed the research progress at home and abroad on pretreatment technologies of SAs residues in food for their determination, including extraction, purification and concentration.
