新型固相萃取技术在抗菌药物残留分析中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 对固相萃取技术在食品中抗菌药物残留分析的应用进行了综述,主要从固相吸附剂和固相萃取操作方式两个方面阐述了几种新型固相萃取技术(包括混合型固相萃取、免疫亲和固相萃取、分子印迹固相萃取、基质固相分散萃取、分散固相萃取、固相微萃取以及搅拌棒固相萃取)的原理及其在食品中抗菌药物残留分析中的应用实例;同时对固相萃取技术在抗菌药物残留分析中的应用前景进行了展望,提出开发简便、快速、溶剂耗用量小并且选择性强的新型固相萃取技术是该领域的发展趋势,各种新型固相萃取技术在发展高效、灵敏、准确的抗菌药物残留分析方法中起着至关重要的作用。 Recent applications of solid phase extraction (SPE)for analyzing antimicrobialresidues in food were summarized.The main attention in this review focused on the principle of novel SPE technologies (mixed mode SPE,IASPE,MISPE,MSPD,QuEChERS,SPME,SBSE,etc.)and their applications in analyzing antimicrobial residues,from two aspects of solid absorbent and SPE mode.Furthermore,the de-velopment trends were proposed.There is an increasing tendency to develop convenient,quick,selective SPE technologies with little solvent consumption.The novel SPE technologies have played an important role in developing efficient,sensitive and accurate methods for analyzing antimicrobial residues.
