摘要
建立了高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术同时测定常用渔药大蒜素中14种磺胺类抗生素的方法.优化实验条件下,14种待测目标物除磺胺噻唑(ST)、磺胺醋酰(SAT)外均得到基线分离.对方法的分析性能进行了实验.方法的检出限在0.12 ng(磺胺二甲氧嘧啶,SDM)-1.16 ng(磺胺胍,SGN)之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于11.3%(0.5μg/mL,n=6),加标回收率在86%-107%之间.该方法能应用于大蒜素中违禁磺胺类抗生素的快速测定.
A rapidprocedure for determination of 14 sulfonamides in garlicin with high performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry was developed. The analytes, with exception of sulfathiazole and sulfacetamide,have been base-line separated in the experiment. Limits of detection ranged from 0. 12 ng (sulfadi-methoxine) to 1.16 ng (sulfa-guanidine). Relative standard deviations were less than 11.3 % (0.5μg/mL, n = 6). The recoveries for spiked standards in sample were between 86 % -107 % with developed method.
