摘要
目的探讨毒黄素对某些器官的中毒机理。方法利用从酵米面椰毒假单胞菌(Pseu-domonacocovenenans)中所分离提取出的毒黄素(Toxoflavin)对18例人血清中的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及其同工酶进行测定。结果乳酸脱氢酶总活力下降,LDH1受抑制,活性下降,差异显著。结论毒黄素可抑制心肌能量供应。
Objective In this study,the authors approach to the poisonous mechanism of the toxoflavin on some organs of human body.Method To take the toxoflavin which were seperated from Pseudomona into 18 protion human serums than determined the activity of LDH and determined it's isoenzymes.Result The total activity of serum LDH was fall,and the isoenzyme LDH was inhibited.The differences were highly significant.Conclusion The toxoflavin may inhibite the activity of LDH,and may influence the supply of energy for cardiac muscle.The toxoflavin may be posion to cardiac muscle.
