摘要
在实验室及现场实验研究的基础上,提出了安全银耳的生产程序。在银耳生长中期喷1‰薰香灵,采摘后再用紫外线照射,以达到杀菌去毒的目的。
On the basis of laboratory and spot studies, in this paper we bring
forward a program for nontoxic tremella production.In order to kill
bacteria and destroy Bongkrekic Acid, the tremella was sprayed with
1‰ Xun Xiang Ling during its middle period of growth, and was irra-
diated immediately by ultraviolet light after harvest.This is a simple
and effective method.
