摘要
提出了“导数光谱谱线组判别分析法”鉴别微生物的原理和实验方法。通过对我国分离的新种酵米面假单胞菌用多溶剂提取标示物后,进行导数光谱扫描,获得足够的信息群,借助计算机进行聚类分析。结果表明酵米面假单胞菌与国际标准株椰毒假单胞菌基本一致;而其他菌种则表现出相应的差异性。
In this paper the disoriminant analysis of derivative spectrogram used as a new spectrogram identification method in systematic microbiology is presented and its principle and method are also elaborated theoretically. The culture of P. farinofermentans, a new species isolated in this country, was extracted with polysolvents to obtain measuring staff substances, which then were scaned by derivative spectrogram to gain sufficient informative group, eventually, this was clusterly analysed with computer. The results showed that Pfarinofermentans was asically identical with Pseudomonas cocovenenans, the species isolated from Mid-Java (Indonesia). The results of other bacteria were corresponding difference also in accordance with their traditional classification distance.
