摘要
目的观察毒黄素(Toxoflavin,TXF)对大鼠血管平滑肌的影响。方法应用张力试验方法测定毒黄素对离体大鼠尾动脉的影响。结果毒黄素对大鼠离体尾动脉的基础张力没有影响,但可增强氯化钾(KCl)的缩血管作用。TXF同样可增强去氧肾上腺素(Phe)的缩血管作用。结论TXF可增强KCl和Phe的缩血管作用。
Objective To observe the effect of toxoflavin (TXF) on isolated rat arteries.Method TXF was added to the Krebs' bath solution before and after KCl or Phe induced vesocontraction. The tension development of rat tail arteries and aorta was measured.Result The basal force of the tissues was not affected by the TXF. However, the application of TXF before or during KCl (60 mmol/L) stimulation potentiated KCl induced vasocontraction, specifically the tonic phase of the contraction. TXF also potentiated vasocontraction induced by Phe.Conclusion The vasocontractor effects of TXF and Phe, however, were not additive.
