金刚石圆锯片用铁基结合剂的研究 被引量:6

摘要 利用抗弯强度试验和扫描电镜对铁基结合剂的力学性能和显微组织进行了较详细的研究,提出了改善铁基胎体性能的方法。实验结果表明:含Fe量大于40%的结合剂对烧结温度很敏感,极易欠烧及过度浸蚀金刚石。采用金刚石表面镀Ni-Co-W-P或将Fe-Ni-Cu-C部分预合金化并加入少量Co的办法可有效提高胎体对金刚石的把持力,减少Fe对金刚石的浸蚀。部分预合金化及加入少量Co还可以提高胎体的合金化程度,显著改善胎体的力学性能。 The physical properties and microstructure of iron—based matrix were studied in this pa—per. It was found that the properties of iron—based matrix was very sensitive to hot—pressing temperature. Lower temperature cased lower densification and poor Transverse Rupture Strength. Otherwise,higher temperature caused severe errosion of diamond. Using Ni—Co—W—P pre—coated diamond was a useful way to reduce diamond errosion and improve bonding strength between diamond and matrix. Using Fe—Ni—Cu—C partial pre—alloyed powder andadding small amount of cobalt(<10%)were effective to control the errosion of diamond,improve the physical proporties of matrix and produce a strong bonding between dinmondand matrix.
