摘要
本文通过采用热压工艺和一系列实验,研究了在铜基和铁基结合剂系统中,WC、SiC、W和Fe等四种硬质相及其粒度变化对金刚石工具的力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:同系统中不同硬质材料对胎体性能的影响程度明显不同,而随热压条件的变化硬质材料的上述表现规律也存在显著的不同,并发现WC颗粒的粒度减小有利于基体硬度与强度的提高。
In this paper, investigation was made on the influences of four types of hard-phrase materials such as WC, SiC, W and Fe, and their powder sizes upon the mechanical features of diamond tools in the bond systems of copper or iron matrixes by u-sing hot press process and a series of experiments. The results indicated that the influences of various hard materials upon the a-bove matrixes are obviously different, and there is a remarkable effect of hot press condition upon the above behaviors of hard materials, and matrix hardness and intensity become higher along with the degradation of WC particle size.
