摘要
采用正交设计和方差分析的方法 ,研究了烧结温度、稀土种类及添加形态、稀土含量对金刚石工具用Fe基金属胎体力学性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,烧结温度的影响特别显著 ;稀土种类及添加形态的影响不大 ;稀土含量在 0 .2 %~ 0 .4 %之间时 ,对胎体的力学性能的提高最明显 ,继续增加稀土含量 。
Effects of sintering temperature,types and amounts of rare earth additive on the m echanical proper- ties of Fe- based matrix used in diam ond tools was studied by m eans of orthogonal testand variance analysis.It is found that sintering tem perature during hot- pressing has a greatinfluence on the mechanical properties of the ma- trix,while the types of rare earth additive have little influence on them.Adding of0 .2 % to0 .4 % rare earth can im prove the m echanical properties of the matrix greatly,but further increasing the amounts of rare earth has little influence on them.
