摘要
文中论述了启动民办高等教育教学评估工程的重大意义,分析了影响民办高等教育教学的主要因素,提出了整体构建客观公正有效的教育教学质量评估体系的对策措施。
The writing expounds the important significance of starting non-gorernmental higher educa- tional project of teaching evaluation,analyzes the main factors of afecting higher education and teaching qualities, To put forward the effective,reasonable and obiective counterneasures in education and teaching quality evaluation system
