摘要
本文简单介绍了全面质量管理的内涵及特征,以及全面质量管理思想对高等学校教育质量管理的启示;阐述了如何借鉴全面质量管理思想构建高校内部教学质量保障体系、改进和完善质量监控和评价体系,全面提高高等教育质量。
The paper gives a brief introduction to connotation and features of overall quality management and the enlightenment of overall quality management on teaching quality in institutions of higher learning. It expounds how to establish the teaching quality ensure system in colleges and how to improve teaching quality monitoring and appraisal systems, so that to push forward the improvement of teaching quality.
