摘要
国际投资法已呈现出前所未有的自由化趋势。各国,尤其是发展中国家纷纷加快投资自由化的步伐,但是由于投资自由化的局限性,盲目地追逐只会对自身国民经济带来负面影响。因此,笔者认为我国应正确对待投资自由化的作用,谨慎实行外资立法的投资自由化,以期实现外资立法的现代化。并根据我国经济的发展状况和引进外资的长远目标,提出了构建我国现代化外资法的基本思路。
The countries, especiall international investment law presents the unprecedented liberalization trend. Many y developing countries, quicken the steps of the liberalization of investment but because of the limitation of the liberalization of investment, blind chasing and imitation only bring the negative effects on the national economy. Therefore, our country should treat the function of the liberalization of investment correctly, and implement the liberalization of foreign investment prudently according to our country＇s economical development and long-range objectives of abstraction of foreign investment.
