示波极谱法测定黄芪中铜、锌和秦皮中铅、镉 被引量:8

Study on Elements Cu、 Zn in Astragalus and Pb、Cd in Ash Bark with Single-sweep Oscillopolarography

摘要 用二阶导数极谱法测定黄芪中铜、锌和秦皮中铅、镉.在0.01 mol/LHCl、0.04%KSCN底液中,铜、锌峰电位分别为-0.42 V、-1.03 V(Vs.SCE);在pH=4.5的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液、氯化钾、酒石酸钠、三乙醇胺、明胶混合底液中,铅、镉峰电位分别为-0.46 V、-0.6 4 V(Vs.SCE).铜、锌、铅、镉的线性范围分别为0.01-8.00μg/ml、0.01-10.0μg/ml、0.01-10μg/ml和0.05-6μg/ml,检出限分别为0.005μg/ml、0.010μg/ml、0.020μg/ml和0.015μg/ml.该方法用于黄芪、秦皮中上述元素的测定,方法准确、简便、快速、灵敏度高. This paper studies the metal elements such as Cu.Zn in astragalus and Pb,Cd in ash bark with second derivative polarography. In 0. 01mol/LHCl,0.04%KSCN solution, the peak potential of Cu and Zn is-0. 42V(Vs. SCE) and-1.03V(Vs. SCE). In the mixture solution of HAc-NaAe buffer solution(pH=4. 5), KCl, sodium tartrate, triethanolamine and Gelatin, the peak potential of Pb and Cd is-0. 46V(Vs. SCE) and-0. 64V(Vs. SCE). The linear range of the determination is 0. 01-8. 00 μg/ml,0. 01-10. 0/μg/ml,0. 01-10 μg/ml and 0. 05-6μg/ml; the detection limit is 0. 005μg/ml,0. 010μg/ml,0. 020 μg/ml and 0. 015 μ/ml. Experimental result shows that the method is accurate, simple, fast and highly sensitive.
