摘要
提出了用硝酸消解 ,KI MIBK系统萃取 ,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定银杏叶提取物中痕量铅、镉的方法。铅、镉的相对标准偏差均小于 4 .5 % ,回收率分别在 96 .0 %~ 10 0 .0 %和 97.0 %~ 10 2 0 %之间。
FAAS determination of lead and cadmium in ginkgo biloba extract (GBE) was reported in this paper. The GBE sample was digested and dissolved in nitric acid, which was finally expelled by heating and evaporation with ammonium oxalate. The Pb(Ⅱ) and Cd(Ⅱ) ions were then separated by extraction of their iodide anionic complexes with MIBK from a phosphoric acid medium. Lead and cadmium were then determined by FAAS, according to the working conditions of the instrument described in Tab. 1. Through the analysis of the GBE samples from 3 different batches, and 7 parallel determinations for each sample, RSD′s found for lead and cadmium were in the ranges of 2.4%~4.3% and 3.0%~4.1% respectively, and the recoveries were found in the ranges of 96.0% to 100.0% for lead and 97.0% to 102.0% for cadmium.
