摘要
针对装载机在某些特定工况下前车架容易破坏的问题,建立了装载机整体及前车架有限元分析实体模型,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件分析了装载机的前车架在不同的工况下的载荷特征,并确定前车架最大应力发生的工况及应力集中位置,为改进前车架的结构设计提供了设计依据,并提出具体的改进意见。
In view of problem that frame damages easily in certain specific condition,the finite element analysis model of the whole loader and the front frame is established,load characteristics of the front frame of loader in different conditions are analyzed using ANSYS software and the maximum stress condition and the location of stress concentration are determined,thus providing design basis for the inprovement of the structure of the front frame.In addition concrete suggestions for imprvement are given.
