偏载插入掘起工况装载机铲斗强度分析 被引量:1

摘要 装载机铲斗是组成装载机的关键部件,也是工作最频繁的部件之一。利用ANSYS Workbench软件,以5吨某型号轮式装载机为例,针对偏载边插入边掘起工况,对装载机铲斗受力情况进行了计算分析,得到铲斗静力分析的应力云图,确定了应力较为集中的部位,为装载机铲斗的设计和安全可靠性提供了参考。 The loader bucket is a key component of the loader and one of the most frequently used components.This paper uses ANSYS Workbench software,takes a 5-ton wheel loader as an example,to calculate and analyze the force on the loader bucket under the working condition of eccentric loading while inserting and digging.The stress cloud map of the static analysis of the bucket is obtained,and the parts with relatively concentrated stress are determined,providing a reference basis for the design and safety reliability of the loader bucket.
