摘要
设计了一种刮板输送机链条张力的自动控制系统,构造了使用这种控制系统的刮板输送机的动力学模型和数学模型。设计了链条张力自动控制的PID模糊控制器,用实例分析了各种工况下张力控制系统的性能,仿真分析表明刮板输送机在正常运行中、具有软启动或可控启动的启动过程中,这种张力控制系统具有较好的适应性和稳定性。
A kind of automatic control system of chain tension of scraper conveyor was designed, and overall dynamics model and mathematic model for scraper conveyor was established using this system, and the fuzzy PID controller of the system was designed. The effect of tension automatic control in different working condition was analyzed using an example. The result of simulation proves this system has better adjustment effect and better stability in the pre-start or controlled start operating mode.
