摘要
基于动态有限元分析理论,利用COSMOSW orks有限元分析平台,建立了井下铲运机前车架的有限元模型。针对最极端工况,提取车架的动态载荷,研究车架各部位动强度,得出了前车架应力场分布情况,确定了危险部位,其结果与这类前车架的破坏趋势相符。通过对车架结构形式的改进,前车架危险部位的强度提高了20%。分析结果表明,车架的动强度和刚度可以满足实际工作需要,为车架的局部改进提供了依据。
Based on the theory of dynamic finite element analysis and using the COSMOSWorks flat of finite element analysis,the finite element model of the frame of underground scraper was established.By extracting the dynamic loads of the frame,the dynamic strength of the frame for its worst work condition was researched.The stress field and the dangerous position were found,which accorded with the fact of the frame.The dynamic strength of the frame was enhanced about 20% by improving the form of the frame.The analysis result indicates that the dynamic strength and stiffness can satisfy the work condition of the frame,and it provides bases for the improvement partly of the frame.
