摘要
本文通过对管理体制转型期医院教师职业倦怠的成因分析,得出了教师职业倦怠来源,总结出教师的组织压力源,主要有工作超载、医疗风险、教学收入不高、知识不足、医院管理方面对教师的支持不足够、学生问题等6方面。并提出了相应的对策方案,协助完成战略转型期医学院直属附属医院战略调整的重大任务。
The article through carried on the pointed questionnaire survey to the management system transformation hospital teacher to carry on the teacher job burmout source,summarized teacher's organization pressure source,mainly had the operating overload,the medical risk,low teaching income,the knowledge insufficiency,the hospital management aspect the support was lacking to the teacher, the student question and so on six aspects,and proposed the corresponding countermeasure plan,assists to complete the strategic reforming time medical college to subordinate the affiliated hospital strategy adjustment the significant duty.
