摘要
塑造医院文化、建立发展远景、打造核心竞争力、分配医疗资源是现代医院领导者角色的重要演绎。不断建立和完善医院自身的文化体系,包含物质文化、管理文化、精神文化等,这些都标志着我们从经验管理走向科学文化管理。本文着力探讨如何在服务文化的实践中提升医院核心竞争力,并进一步阐明现代医院文化体系创新的根本在于对整体文化理念的统筹整合和有效管理,增强了医院的创造力,实现医疗质量监控,从而最终提升医院的核心竞争力。
The key capacities of hospital leader were hospital vision design, hospital culture establishment, hospital core competence enhancement and the medical resources allocation. The fact of setting up hospital culture system which including material culture, management culture and spirit culture continually indicated the management mode was changed into scientific management from experience management. The article researched how to improve the hospital core competence from hospital culture and made a conclusion that the fundamental of hospital culture innovation was integrative notion and effective management. The integrated hospital culture system could improve hospital creativity, monitor medical quality and strengthen hospital core competence.
