摘要
研究了3种棕榈科植物对水椰八角铁甲生长发育的影响,结果表明:水椰八角铁甲取食不同棕榈科植物,其成虫寿命、存活率及产卵量差异显著,取食金山葵[Syagrus romanzoffiana(Cham.)Glassman]的成虫寿命长,产卵量大,存活率高。3种植物上的蛹历期均在6 d左右,完成1代所需时间在金山葵上约需(40.18±1.10)d,大丝葵(Washingtonia robusta H.Wendl.)和海枣(Phoenix dactylifera L.)上分别为(43.48±1.00)d和(45.02±0.89)d。单头雌虫产卵量以金山葵上最高,为(104.55±6.20)粒,大丝葵和海枣上较低,分别为(44.13±2.77)粒和(34.89±4.14)粒。幼虫取食不同寄主发育为成虫,雌雄比以大丝葵上最高,为2.33∶1,金山葵和海枣上较低,分别为1.33∶11和1.43∶11。在金山葵、大丝葵和海枣上的实验种群趋势指数分别为47.14、5.64和6.43。
The development duration and survival of Octodonta nipae (Maulik) were observed in the laboratory, and its life table was constructed. The results showed that life span of O. nipae on Syagrus romanzoffiana (Chain.) Glassman, Washingtonia robusta H. Wendl. and Phoenix dactylifera L. was different. The survival rates of O. nipae on S. romanzoffiana, W. robusta and P. dactylifera range between 29.97% and 77%. The influence of different host plants on the survival rate of O. nipae was significant The adult longevity of O. nipae feeding on S. romanzoffiana was (151.28± 1. 48)days, bnger than that of those feeding on other host plants. The influence of host plants on the fecundity of O. nipae was significantly different The fecundity of the females on S. romanzoffiana was 104. 55±6. 20, more than that of those on other two plants. The pre-oviposition period of (9. nipae feeding on P. dactylifera was (30. 20±0. 35)days, more than that of those on the other two plants. The indices of population tendency of O. nipae on S. romanzoffiana, W. robusta and P. dactylifera was 47. 14, 5. 64 and 6.43, respectively.
