不同寄主植物对小菜蛾生长发育和繁殖的影响 被引量:17

摘要 小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella L.)是世界范围内十字花科植物的头号害虫,试验在26℃、光照明暗比为16L∶8D、湿度为70%的条件下,以甘蓝(Brassica oleracea L.)(‘秦甘70’‘秦甘80’‘绿球66’)、小青菜(Brassica chinensis L.)(‘上海四月慢’)、花椰菜(Brassica oleracea L.var.botrytis)(‘荷兰83号’)和油菜(Brassica napus L.)(‘青杂7号’)6个不同品种4类十字花科蔬菜为食料,观察小菜蛾一个完整世代的不同生命参数,并分析取食不同十字花科寄主的小菜蛾生长发育状况及繁殖差异。结果表明:在6个不同品种4类十字花科中,取食‘荷兰83号’花椰菜的小菜蛾试验组幼虫历期、蛹历期、蛹质量、卵历期及全世代历期最短,其全世代存活率最高;取食‘上海4月慢’小青菜的小菜蛾试验组幼虫存活率、化蛹率、蛹羽化率、卵孵化率及全世代存活率最低,其成虫历期、卵历期及全世代历期为最长。在4类十字花科寄主中,小菜蛾的最适寄主植物为‘荷兰83号’花椰菜,最不适宜小菜蛾生长发育及繁殖的为‘上海四月慢’小青菜。 Diamondback moth(Plutella xylostella L.)is a major worldwide pest on cruciferous vegetables.The host plants have influence on the growth and reproduction of this insect.This study aims to ascertain the development and reproduction of a complete generation of diamondback moths with feeding of four different Cruciferous plants,including cabbage(‘Qingan 70’‘Qingan 80’‘Lüqiu 66’),greengrocery(‘Shanghaisiyueman’),broccoli(‘Helan 83’)and rape(‘Qingza 7’).Plants were observed under laboratory conditions of 26℃,a photoperiod of 16L∶8D and 70%humidity.Data showed that the shortest period in larval duration,the pupal duration,the heaviest pupae,the longest egg duration and whole insect lifespan occurred on the broccoli‘Helan 83’,it also had the highest survival rate from egg to adult.The longest larval survival rates,the highest pupation survival rates,the highest emergence survival rates,the best egg hatchability and the overall best survival rates were shown in Plutella xylostella L.from egg to adult occurring on the greengrocery‘Shanghaisiyueman’,at the same time,the adult longevity,the egg duration and the whole lifespan was the longest.The broccoli‘Helan 83’was the best host for the diamondback moth in these four different cruciferous plants,and the greengrocery‘Shanghaisiyueman’was the least suited host.The results provide reference for the use of insect-resistant varieties to prevent and control the harm from the diamondback moth.
