摘要
目前,我国农业科技成果转化面临着许多制约因素,归纳起来有微观因素和宏观因素两大方面。其中微观因素有:成果供给投入不足;成果自身成熟度差;成果需求拉力不足;科技中介行为不规范等等。宏观因素有:农村土地制度不完善;成果供需失调;中试环节薄弱;缺乏市场风险投资等。只有认真研究和分析这些制约因素,深入探讨其产生的根源,才能构建有效的农业科技成果转化运行机制。
At present, there are many restricting factors in transferring agricultural scientific and tech- nological achievements in our country, these factors are the microcosmic factors and macroscopic factors. The microcosmic factors are： deficiency of achievement supplies; maturity degree dispatches in achievements; insufficient need pulling force in achievement; un-standardization of the intermediary agent behavior. The macroscopic factors are： imperfect of rural area land system; losing balance be- tween supply and demand of achievements; the weak of the middle examination link; short age of ven- ture capital market. When these restricting factors have been studied and analyzed carefully, and theirs origin have been discussed, the effective transferring Operating mechanism of agricultural scientific and technological achievements can be set up.
